Super Soakin' Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT ENHANCE ABILITY OF WINNING. Open and offered only to legal U.S. residents at the time of play. Employees and directors of The Track ("Sponsor"), and any of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, public relations, or production agencies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

TO ENTER: Visit www.bransontracks.com to play Super Soakin' and qualify for Track tickets or a Track cap. Entry will require you to play Super Soakin' and enter your email address at the completion of the game. No other method of entry is acceptable. There is no limit to number of entries per person. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest and drawing.

THE CONTEST: Winner will be chosen on or about the 1st business day of the month after the end of each month. The player who received the top score will be notified by email on or about the 5th of that month. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held among those players tied for the top score, and non-winners of that drawing will then be eligible for next level of prizes.

There can only be one winner of any Super Soakin' prize per household during a 12-month period. After that, people in the winning household may continue to play, but the top prize will not be awarded to any person in that household.

THE DRAWING: Winner will be chosen on or about the 1st business day of the month after the end of each month. Winner will be chosen from all entries received and will be notified by email on or about the 5th of that month. All players who enter their email address will be eligible for the drawing.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY/LIABILITY RELEASE/OTHER CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Track all of its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including, and without limitation, death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this contest or contest-related activities and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for The Track and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Winner agrees that the release of information about his/her winning submission, including dissemination to the public and media through any channels, will be made solely by Sponsor. Taxes on prizes are solely winner's responsibility. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether technical, human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture such information. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the web site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or web site, to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site or to be acting in a non-sportsman like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, and judge the winner from entries received prior to action taken as or otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like methods of entry will void all such entries by such methods and cause the disqualification of any contestant using any such method.

WINNERS LIST: For the name of the contest winner, write your name and complete address on a 3"x5" card and mail in a first class-stamped envelope to: The Track Super Soakin' Contest Winner, PO Box 1367 Branson, MO 65615. Requests must be received by December 31, 2004.
